(project implementation period: 2002 – 2005. The project reconstruction has been fully completed, and on May 5, 2005, the facility was granted the Federal Certificate of Acceptance and put into service.)

Before the reconstruction, the facility located in the Lgovskiy District of the Kursk Region presented a desolate and unprotected liquid ammonia warehouse with the capacity of 1,000 cubic meters, a former property of the Novomoskovskiy chemical plant, and had been unused since 1989. The facility located on a land plot with the total area of 2.0 hectares.

As a result of the facility reconstruction a new gas-filling station (GFS) capable of processing up to 3,000 metric tones of gas per month has been constructed.

In 2005, the Lgovskiy district gas-filling station was purchased by one of the Russian leading oil companies.

The project concept includes a modern 4-star hotel complex with 187 guest rooms and suits operated by a Western hotel operator, and a class-A business center.

The complex will be completed using modern, high quality construction and finishing materials, and state-of–the-art equipment, to provide comfort for both the hotel guests and the business center visitors.

Once construction is complete, landscaping including a small park will be designed by European landscape artists.
